Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position requiring a minimum of 2 years of home health experience and proficiency with HCHB and OASIS documentation.

Details
  • Home health setting covering a territory within a 50–75 mile radius of the home clinic
  • Caseload of approximately 6–7 patients per day, with 30 points per week
  • Case types include Start of Care (SOC), follow-up visits, and similar home health services
  • Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
  • No weekend requirements
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Charting performed in HCHB with OASIS documentation
  • Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Requirements
  • Active RN license in Tennessee (TN) or a compact RN license currently in hand — no pending licenses accepted
