What certifications do you require RNs/LPNs/CNAs to have: Licensed in the State of work
How many points a day/week? Do you require travelers to do "start of care", recerts, daily visits: 6.5, Yes to SOC, Recerts and daily visits
Do you manage home vents? Are RNs/LPNs expected to have experience managing home vents? N/A
How many years of experience would you require an RN/LPN/CNA to have: Must have 1 year of experience on a Medsurg floor in a hospital setting
How many patients do they see per day? Do you use a point system: Case manage roughly 30 patients. 6.5 points a day. ADULTS, ONLY
