  • Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures
  • Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease
  • Verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock

  • Previous bartending experience and or leadership preferred 
  • Menu development and cocktail creation 
  • Inventory and ordering experience 
  • Experience with Micros/Simphony or other POS systems
