Job description

Assist with budget, purchasing, inventory, and logistics of ShotLink. Performs high level coordination and management of project work specifically those related to ShotLink operations, finance, and logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Media or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in entertainment or sports.

  • Strong project management skills with experience in tracking deliverables, budgets, and timelines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools and SAP Concur is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

  • Experience working with legal agreements, client services, and media operations preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Assist with both capital and operating financial forecasting, reporting, and tracking.

  • Work with Finance to process or account for vendor invoices appropriately, which may include obtaining supporting documentation as necessary per policy.

  • Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, researching, compiling and exchanging information for supervisors regarding projects.

  • Coordinate monthly department financial reporting and tracking.

  • Assist with asset management and logistics.

  • Manage the data distributions/communications for Golf Technology projects. Project scopes may include, technical capabilities, specification development, reporting, media/communications, and business items.

  • Assist department in gathering requirements and defining the scope for special projects. This includes establishing project milestones and deadlines.

  • Prepare project reports, updates and timelines for supervisors and dedicated staff or end clients.

  • Coordination with vendors who collectively provide resources to the ShotLink projects.

  • Manage the ShotLink security RIFD access and database, as well as the security on-call list.

  • Assist with coordination and execution of ShotLink mid-year and year-end meetings.

  • Perform administrative work, including frequent high-level clerical work organizing, scheduling, coordinating, researching, compiling and exchanging (and sometimes analyzing) information for supervisors.

  • Assist supervisors with communications, internal and external.

  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
