Position Overview:
Dutch Bros isn't just about coffee; it's about building a legendary brand with an amazing customer experience. We are growing as a company, and our Technology department is scaling with it. We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Technology Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain to help us run the "Business of Technology." while directly building and improving the
systems that power our Supply Chain operations. This role combines deep business process expertise with technical execution, including integrations, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. This role is pivotal in providing systems and business-process leadership for Supply Chain operations, while designing and implementing scalable solutions that improve performance, visibility, and decision-making. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong technical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to partner across Supply Chain and Technology to deliver measurable outcomes.
Job Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role working directly with supply chain systems and technologies, business processes, or a similar analytics role.
  • Experience with supply chain operations: warehouse operations management, inventory logistics planning and management, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning.
  • Experience administering, optimizing, and improving B2B or B2C front-end technologies that integrate with supply chain (strongly preferred: Shopify administration).
  • Familiarity integrating supply chain applications with back-office enterprise systems (ERP) and front-end order-taking technologies (e.g., Shopify).
  • Experience supporting data integration from supply chain systems to reporting databases and data-lake technologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience developing and maintaining performance dashboards and KPIs to drive improvement and operational excellence.
  • Experience in project administration, including cross-departmental coordination, planning, and execution tracking.
  • Familiarity with vendor and supplier management, including performance monitoring, contract alignment, and relationship management.
  • Strongly preferred: Experience/familiarity with manufacturing system production operations, including ERP (e.g., Microsoft D365 preferred) and MES systems.
  • Strongly preferred: Experience with supply chain in food service operations.
  • A true "Get It Done" mindset - self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and driven to remove obstacles and deliver measurable results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management (Technologies), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Location Requirement:
This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.

Supply Chain Systems Engineering & Ownership:
  • End-to-End System Ownership: Own the architecture, performance, and reliability of Supply Chain systems, integrations, and data flows
  • Solution Design & Build: Design, build, and deploy scalable integrations, automations, and system enhancements across supply chain platforms and enterprise systems
  • AI-Enabled Optimization: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions (forecasting improvements, anomaly detection, workflow automation) to enhance operational decision-making
  • Operational Problem Solving: Proactively identify system bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and data gaps, and implement durable technical solutions
  • Technical Leadership: Set best practices for system design, integration patterns, and automation; mentor other engineers and guide technical direction

Data, Reporting & Intelligence Engineering
  • Data Pipeline Ownership: Design and maintain data pipelines that move supply chain data across systems, ensuring reliability and scalability
  • Advanced Analytics Enablement: Build and evolve data models and reporting frameworks to support real-time and strategic decision-making
  • KPI & Dashboard Engineering: Develop robust dashboards tied to business outcomes, not just activity metrics
  • Data Quality & Observability: Implement monitoring, validation, and alerting to ensure data accuracy and system health

  • Technical Translation: Translate complex business needs into scalable technical designs, integrations, and system solutions
  • Full Lifecycle Ownership: Lead initiatives from discovery through design, build, deployment, and continuous improvement
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver high-impact solutions quickly and effectively
  • Testing & Quality: Define and execute testing strategies (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure system reliability and performance

Physical Requirements:
  • In-Office Environment: Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
