Our client is a rapidly growing organization in the eCommerce space. Following a standout 2025, the company is on pace to nearly double revenue this year and is expanding its marketplace team to support continued growth.
We're seeking an eCommerce Operations Analyst who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep marketplace operations running efficiently while contributing to the strategy that drives future growth. This role combines hands-on marketplace execution with analytical problem-solving and offers a clear path toward increased ownership and strategic responsibility.

What You'll Do
  • Manage daily operations within Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
  • Maintain product listings, catalog integrity, and item setup across marketplace platforms.
  • Monitor orders, purchase orders, fulfillment, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze marketplace data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and improve performance.
  • Partner with internal teams to streamline workflows and optimize operational processes.
  • Support inventory management, forecasting, and key marketplace performance metrics.
  • Help develop and execute marketplace strategies that support continued business growth.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting eCommerce or marketplace operations.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Walmart Marketplace.
  • Strong understanding of catalog management, inventory, order processing, and backend marketplace operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
  • Exposure to marketplace optimization or strategic growth initiatives.
