We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who thrives on troubleshooting, diagnostics, and startups. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial systems, with a preference for technicians who have strong commercial experience.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment
  • Perform equipment startups and commissioning
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
  • Service residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance
  • Communicate findings with customers and our team
  • Occasionally assist with installations when needed (but this isn't primarily an install position)


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems (commercial preferred)
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
  • Pride in your workmanship and customer service
