Required Certifications
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Required
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) – Preferred
Required Skills & Experience<>Salesforce Configuration
  • Strong experience with Salesforce declarative development including Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes
  • Expertise in Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Relationships (Lookup, Master-Detail, Many-to-Many)
  • Hands-on experience with Security Model: Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security
  • Lightning Experience customization including Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning App Builder
  • Reports & Dashboards including Custom Report Types, Joined Reports, and Dynamic Dashboards
<>Salesforce Development (Apex & LWC)
  • Advanced Apex development: Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and Future Methods
  • Strong understanding of Governor Limits, Bulkification, and SOQL/DML optimization
  • Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), including component lifecycle, wire service, event handling, and parent-child communication
  • Experience supporting and migrating Aura Components to LWC
  • Knowledge of Visualforce Pages, Controllers, and Extensions
  • Strong unit testing practices with Apex Test Classes, @TestSetup, Mocking, and maintaining 75%+ code coverage

  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Apex Callouts, and Named Credentials
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
  • Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC) for real-time integrations
  • Experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar iPaaS solutions
  • External Services and declarative API integrations
  • OAuth 2.0 authentication flows including JWT, Web Server, and Username-Password
  • ETL/Data Migration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, Jitterbit, and Talend

  • Experience implementing Trigger Frameworks (FFLIB preferred)
  • Service Layer, Selector Layer, Domain Layer, and Enterprise Architecture patterns
  • Salesforce DX (SFDX), Scratch Orgs, and Unlocked Packages
  • Source Control using Git
  • CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Copado, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of Metadata API and Tooling API deployment mechanisms

  • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
  • Experience with Data Cloud (Data 360) and Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of Salesforce seasonal releases and release management processes
  • Experience evaluating and managing AppExchange packages
