Summary

RJR Onsite Manageris responsible foroverseeing the day-to-day operations at a client's location, ensuring efficient staffing solutions, managing the performance of staff, managing operations for R.J Reynolds and serving as the main point of contact between the staffing agency and the client. The Onsite Manager is crucial formaintaininghigh client satisfaction, managing labor needs, and ensuring compliance with staffing agreements and regulations.

Job Description:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for the client on all staffing-related matters.

Maintain regular communication with the client to understand their staffing requirements, address concerns, and adjust staffing plans as needed.

Provide status updates to the clientregardingstaffing levels, employee performance, and any potential issues.

Collaborate with clients to forecast staffing needs and plan for upcoming workloads or seasonal fluctuations. Onsite Staffing Management:

Supervise andmonitorthe performance of temporary workers, providing guidance and feedback as needed.

Handle employee attendance, punctuality, and performance issues, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure temporary employees areproperly trainedand equipped to succeed in their roles, including safety protocols and client-specific requirements.

Ensure that staffing activities adhere to all relevant labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of staffing, attendance, and performance for both the client and the staffing agency.

Maintain detailed records of all correspondence, staffing assignments, and client feedback.

Recruitment & Staffing Coordination:

Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure that temporary workers are sourced, screened, and placed according to the client's specifications.

Manage the transition of staff in and out of client locations, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. Employee Relations & Performance Management:

Serve as a liaison between temporary workers and the client, addressing any concerns or conflicts that arise on the job.

Conduct regular check-ins with temporary staff tomonitorjob satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure morale is high.

Implement performance improvement plans if necessary and handle disciplinary actions according to company policies. Manage conflicts between employees or between the client and workers, ensuring timely and professional resolution.

Work/Education Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone and email etiquette. Attention to detail. Relationship building skills. Multitasking & Time Management Skills. Patience and Good Listening Skills. Customer Focused with a consultative approach.High levelof professionalism and Integrity. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, growthenvironment. At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally in a staffing or client-facing environment.
