Requirements
Experience executing performance marketing campaigns with measurable acquisition goals.

Ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Experience working within lean, fast-moving environments where agility and adaptability are critical.
Understanding that the primary competitive challenge is not only other fintech providers, but also entrenched in-person money transfer behaviors.
