Summary Description:

Responsible for general warehouse, inventory,productionand install functions for the holiday program and for securing renewal contracts and providing clients withnew itemsand designs as needed.

JobDutiesandResponsibilities(EssentialFunctions):

• Prepare renewal documents and communicate with clients to secure renewals.

• Assists Account Managers and Holiday Operations Manager with walkthroughs andnew designsfor holiday proposals.

• Tracks change in orders for production,inventoryand installation.

• Maintains correct documentation for contracts, production and installation specifications in Salesforce and Holiday Document Library.

• Maintains photo library of all installations.

• Assistswith other holidays as needed including but not limited to Lunar New Year, Earth Day, Easter, and Halloween. This includes staging materials,deliveryand installation functions.

• Assistswith creatingholidayinstallation schedule.

• Schedules production tasks and assign tasks to seasonal workers so that all production is completed in time for installation.

• Communicates standards and techniques to seasonal workers.

• Responsible for 15% of holiday production.

• Tracks inventory use and need and communicates all need toprocurement.

• Maintainsappropriate supplyinventory for production and installation.

• Stages all products and supplies needed for holiday installation every day.

• Assistswith installation on site as needed.

• Stows all returning material toexpeditetake down.

• Maintains a clean and orderly warehouse.
