Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 7AM-5PM

The Manufacturing Packaging Agents are vital in making sure all of the various products we produce/manufacture are packaged correctly and efficiently while adhering to all compliance requirements. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Production Manager and Leads by packaging products appropriately. This is accomplished by achieving the daily and weekly personal and team objectives that have been instructed and trained by Leadership, such as packaging pre-pack flower, confirming the accuracy of packaging, assisting with order fulfillment for product exporting, and creating and packaging vape cartridges, gummies, tinctures, concentrates and other manufactured products. 
  • Executing objectives to achieve desired quality and consistency throughout the assignment.
  • Working in a timely manner while maintaining a high quality standard and striving to increase productivity. 
  • Safely operating equipment and machinery to package products as instructed and trained. 
  • Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and machinery to sustain longevity and performance.
  • Organizing and reporting data accurately. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of products.
  • Maintaining daily logs of used and/or damaged inventory items.
  • Having a clear understanding of the workflow throughout the Production department.
  • Adapting to changes in technique and instruction, based on variables and strain attributes.
  • Maintaining a food-grade environment safely and in an organized manner.
  • Correctly wearing and appropriately using all forms of required PPE.
  • Maintaining a culture of professionalism.
  • Other duties as assigned. Including, but not limited to, assisting other departments in facilitating their additional and/or supplemental work, and maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand simple instructions, training materials, and product labeling.
  • Able to work different ranges of hours such as full-time, overtime, or weekend shifts.
  • Must be team-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact professionally with others.
  • Must be punctual and perform tasks in a timely manner.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day, at an efficient and precise level.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 15 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable wearing full PPE (i.e. face mask, beard net, hair net, scrubs, etc.).
