Job description

About Us

We help professional organizations take control of their IT — so their teams can focus on what matters most: their business. We're a small, focused team that takes pride in building genuine relationships with our clients, and we're looking for someone who shares that mindset.

The Role

As our new SDR/Sales Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact in our growth engine. You'll research and reach out to professional organizations, learn what makes them tick, and determine whether we're the right fit for each other. If so, you’ll next share compelling industry-specific information with them. This isn't a churn-and-burn cold-calling role — it's thoughtful, relationship-first prospecting.

You'll work closely with the founder/sales lead, meeting remotely several times a week to align priorities, sharpen your approach, and grow together.

What You'll Be Doing

•      Cold-calling and researching suspect companies to verify key details: organization size, IT support structure, and who's responsible for IT decisions

•      Qualifying prospects against our Ideal Client Profile (ICP)

•      Reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and phone with industry-relevant, thought-provoking content tailored to professionally run businesses

•      Keeping outreach organized and consistent across all channels

•      Joining regular remote check-ins to review progress and refine strategy

What We're Looking For

•      Some SDR or cold-calling experience — you know what it feels like to pick up the phone and start a conversation

•      Curiosity about professional firms and technology — you don't need to be an expert, but you should want to become one

•      Strong written and verbal communication — warm, clear, and professional

•      Self-starter who can manage their own time in a fully remote environment

•      Coachable — you're open to feedback and want to keep improving

What We Offer

•      Competitive base salary + commission

•      Fully remote — work from wherever you do your best work

•      Direct mentorship and regular face time with leadership

•      A role where your work has real meaning — helping businesses get the IT support they need

•      And for the right person, this could lead to a position as a Business Development Executive with us
