Ensure accurate recording of revenue, expenses, and COGS, aligning with retail best practices.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and supply chain, to monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies.

Assist with financial audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.

Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong preference for retail (online retail experience is a plus).

Solid understanding of inventory accounting, including standard costing, reconciliations, and valuation.

Experience with ERP or accounting software (Ideally NetSuite, or similar).

Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment and collaborate across teams.
