Seldin Company is seeking a Roving Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician in Council Bluffs, IA. This position will assist at many of our apartment communities and will require travel up to 100% of the time. This position will pay up to $30.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

  • EPA or HVAC certification is required
  • Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
  • Be available for on-call maintenance schedule as needed
  • Be available to travel up to 100% of the time
