NorthStar Foundation focuses on the critical, unmet needs of North Omaha’s young men, beginning in third grade, with the goal of helping them grow into healthy, educated, employed contributors to the community. NorthStar is the only single sex, male after school program in Greater Omaha. NorthStar serves 3rd – 12th grade boys.
The Adventure Program Coordinator is responsible for the daily execution, facilitation, and operational readiness of NorthStar Adventure programs. This individual ensures that courses, equipment, staff, and participants are fully prepared for high-quality, safe, and engaging adventure experiences. The Coordinator serves as the primary on-site leader during program delivery and plays a critical role in supporting staff, students, and program logistics.
