Job description

You will serve as a EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Experience utilizing knowledge of emergency management and related directives, policies, regulations, procedures for example; NRF, NDRF, Homeland Security Presidential Directives (HSPDs), NIMS, DSCA, DoD, DoN, consequence management (CM);
2) Experience operating a mobile communications center to provide a command and control platform for Region Operations Center (ROC) COOP;
3) Experience utilizing knowledge of ROC Operations in an all-hazards environment;
4) Experience planning, budgeting, and executing financials for ROC operations;
5) Experience troubleshooting ROC communication and electronic infrastructure, knowledge of systems, how multiple systems work together.
