Creditors' Rights Attorney

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience assisting financial institutions through all aspects of commercial loan defaults as well as the associated loan restructuring and litigation experience that comes from such representation.

Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $145,000-$165,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
