Pay Rate: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Contract: 3 Months

Shift: M-Th, 8a-5p w/30 min lunch & Fri 8a-2p no lunch


About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Phlebotomist II / Patient Services Representative to join our healthcare team in Temple, GA. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients, helping create a welcoming and supportive environment while assisting with patient check-in, specimen collection, and lobby coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, basic phlebotomy experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients upon arrival and assist with the check-in process using kiosks and handheld tablets.
  • Create a positive and welcoming experience for patients while addressing questions and concerns.
  • Maintain the integrity and organization of the waiting area.
  • Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection following established procedures.
  • Assist with phlebotomy coverage during breaks and staffing shortages.
  • Accurately maintain records and required documentation.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Promote a safe, professional, and patient-centered environment.
  • Support operational excellence and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.


Required Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.


Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer-facing experience required (retail, hospitality, healthcare, home health aide, etc.).
  • Some phlebotomy experience required (including internship, externship, or clinical training).
  • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Language Requirement

  • Vietnamese language proficiency is required.
