None/Not RequiredThe following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:
The Vulnerability Management Administrator will be responsible for leveraging existing infrastructure to identify software applications, operating system configurations, or patching configurations which present cybersecurity risks to the RTX client computing environment. This person will then determine the appropriate solution for remediation of any identified vulnerabilities and work with other Endpoint Operation personnel to execute said remediations. Additionally, the Vulnerability Management Administrator will support global infrastructure strategies and ensure alignment between enterprise architectural plans and the company endpoint environment.
What You Will Do
- Support of cybersecurity policies and endpoint environment(s) using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory (AD) services, and vulnerability management solutions such as Rapid7 and Verdant
- Ensures that company endpoints align to defined cybersecurity requirements
- Performs analysis and identification of possible cybersecurity vulnerabilities on company endpoints and provides remediation
- Supports solution delivery to multiple operating systems on multiple hardware platforms, including laptop, desktop, and tablet form factors
- Provides troubleshooting in order to find solutions to complex problems
- Aids in coordination between multiple environment solutions
- Works with local and remote teams in support of delivered solutions
- Ensures that delivered solutions align to applicable policies, standards, and regulations
- This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.
Qualifications You Must Have
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in the following: SCCM and AD, Rapid7 and/or Verdant, Operating System delivery, Application packaging and delivery, PowerShell / Visual Basic scripting.
