Remote Paralegal (Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours/Week)
$30/hour | Remote | Contract Position

Molt Legal Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced remote paralegal to join our contract support team and assist one of our law firm clients based in Nashville, Tennessee.

This position will provide ongoing support to a team of three attorneys handling a mix of litigation and transactional matters. Immediate priorities include assistance with active litigation files and support related to an internal client investigation.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while supporting attorneys with both legal work and workflow coordination.

Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with litigation and transactional matters
Support document management, drafting, and case organization
Coordinate scheduling and calendar management
Assist with backend workflows and matter organization
Help manage deadlines and attorney time management
Draft, revise, and organize legal documents and correspondence
Maintain confidential client and matter information

Qualifications
Prior law firm paralegal experience required
Litigation experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting multiple attorneys preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Experience with transactional or corporate matters is a plus

Additional Information
Approximately 20 hours per week
