This is a remote position focused on identifying, attracting, screening, and securing top-tier talent for specialized and high-performance roles. The ideal candidate is an elite-level recruiter with extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, executive sourcing, research-driven hiring strategies, and building pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.

We are specifically seeking someone with experience recruiting within healthcare environments and a proven ability to identify qualified, dependable, and high-performing professionals. This role requires exceptional communication skills, independent judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities \tLead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding \tDevelop recruiting strategies for specialized research and growth-focused roles \tSource candidates using LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach \tConduct candidate screening interviews and evaluations \tCoordinate interviews and communication between candidates and leadership \tBuild and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs \tCreate job descriptions and recruitment campaigns \tTrack hiring metrics and maintain organized recruiting records \tEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience \tAdvise leadership on hiring trends, compensation expectations, and talent availability Qualifications \t4+ years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience \tProven success recruiting healthcare professionals and specialized positions \tStrong sourcing, networking, and candidate outreach experience \tStrong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills \tDemonstrated ability to identify qualified and high-performing healthcare talent \tHigh-level professionalism, discretion, and communication skills Additional Preferred Experience \t5+ years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience \tProven success recruiting high-level or specialized positions \tExperience with remote recruiting and virtual hiring processes \tStrong sourcing and networking abilities \tExcellent written and verbal communication skills \tAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities \tExperience using ATS platforms and recruiting software \tHigh level of professionalism and confidentiality Preferred Qualifications \tHealthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred \tExecutive search or headhunting experience \tExperience building hiring systems and recruitment workflows      Qualifications
