Role: Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist
Pay: $35/hour
Assignment: Hybrid Contract Assignment
Location: 8880 Esters Blvd, Irving, TX 75063
Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
What you'll do:
•Act as a trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition stakeholders by using data, market insights, and recruitment marketing expertise to recommend strategies aligned with hiring goals.
•Design and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns, including both paid and organic initiatives, to drive awareness, engagement, and candidate conversions.
•Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Spotify, and emerging channels.
•Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaign performance to increase lead quality and maximize ROI.
•Create compelling, audience-focused content for digital and print marketing channels that aligns with employer branding and campaign objectives.
•Monitor campaign performance, recruitment marketing funnel metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
•Analyze data and provide actionable insights and performance reports to stakeholders.
•Stay informed on recruitment marketing trends, industry best practices, and new advertising technologies.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and effectively.
•Manage media budgets by determining spend allocation across campaigns and platforms, tracking projected versus actual spend, and supporting monthly invoice processing.
•Oversee projects and recruitment marketing campaigns across paid social media channels, including agency management.
Requirements:
•5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
•5+ years of experience developing strategic advertising content for social and digital marketing campaigns.
•5+ years of experience supporting clients through consulting, advising, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations.
•Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data and apply insights to improve lead generation and drive ROI.
•Strong experience with paid social advertising campaigns.
•Experience with reporting and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Power BI.
•Experience using CRM platforms and related marketing technologies.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Demonstrated project management and campaign oversight experience.
•Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate metrics and KPIs into meaningful business insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Agency experience in a marketing or communications role.
•Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft 365, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
•Basic graphic design or video editing experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
•Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
•Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding best practices.
