As an Instructor, you will facilitate engaging live sessions, mentor students 1-on-1, and guide learners through designing and implementing practical automation systems in their professional contexts.
Your audience will be B2B clients: working professionals from diverse industries such as operations, marketing, HR, finance, and project management who want to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and build scalable AI-powered workflows without technical backgrounds. They're looking for practical, hands-on guidance to evaluate automation tools, design workflow architectures, and integrate AI responsibly into their daily work.
You'll work with prepared course materials developed by our instructional design team, leading various session formats including:
What you will do
  • Deliver engaging live sessions and workshops focused on applied AI automation.
  • Guide participants through practical projects - from building AI-powered workflows to integrating APIs and RPA solutions.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and support to help learners apply automation in their own business contexts.
  • Collaborate with the course team to refine content and ensure pedagogical consistency.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in AI automation and workflow design, including practical work with:
  • Automation tools: Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate
  • AI platforms: ChatGPT, Llama, OpenAI API, Copilot
  • Visualization and productivity tools: Miro, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace
  • RPA platforms: UiPath (Web/Studio), or similar
  • Solid understanding of AI integration principles - including APIs, webhooks, data handling, and model outputs.
  • Experience applying automation in real business environments (operations, marketing, analytics, or product functions).
  • Knowledge of legal, ethical, and compliance considerations in AI and automation (data privacy, governance, responsible use).
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills - ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.
  • Prior experience conducting workshops, webinars, or corporate training sessions (internal or public).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and ability to teach confidently in an international setting.
  • Availability to work within European time zones.

What we can offer you
  • Pay Rate: $60/hr. - $80/hr. (Gross Pay)
  • Remote, hourly collaboration
  • Free in-house training on how to be a great tutor and role model for students, choose the appropriate tone of voice when communicating with students, improve soft skills
  • Opportunities to develop as a public expert
  • Cross-cultural work experience and lots of opportunities for networking with teammates who love what they do

We're excited to get to know you and work together!
