This position offers the opportunity to support students in a school-based setting while working collaboratively with a supervising Florida-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and educational team.
Position OverviewThe Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) will provide speech-language therapy services through a district-approved virtual service delivery model under the supervision of a Florida-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and in accordance with all applicable Florida laws, regulations, district policies, and telepractice requirements.
The supervising SLP retains responsibility for evaluation, treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and oversight of services provided by the SLP-A.
