Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.
This job is HYBRID.
FTE: 1.000000
Standard Hours: 40.00
Shift: Shift 1
Shift Details: 0800-1630 Monday - Friday, No Holidays, No Weekends. Optional to WFH after introductory period 1 day per week.
Job Summary:
Supports department(s) with various administrative tasks including but not limited to reception, phone support, scheduling, maintaining records, and monitoring inventory/supplies. Additional responsibilities may include supporting leaders with Kronos, Epic scheduling, budget tracking, reporting, billing, and data entry. Duties may vary by assigned area.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 1 year of secretarial or a minimum of 3 years of clerical experience. Previous lead or coordinator experience is preferred. Professional knowledge of educational theories and principles for adult learning preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Ability to use discretion with handling sensitive information. Competence in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
