  • Project Management: Create project timelines and drive sprints. Track progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of project status.

  • 5+ Years of Ruby on Rails Experience: Demonstrable track record in Rails programming and data development (Rails 7 experience preferred).
  • Team Management Experience: Comfortable leading small development teams, setting priorities, and delivering projects on time.
  • Remote Collaboration: Proven success working in a fully remote setting, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • US Visa or Eligibility: Must already hold a valid U.S. visa or be eligible to obtain one. Our team members gather once a year in the U.S. for strategic planning and team-building.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: Payment in USD monthly, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
