Field Registered Nurse (RN) In-Home Care ($200 Sign-On Bonus)

The Field RN at Homewatch CareGivers of Charlotte & Mooresville provides clinical oversight and leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, client-centered in-home care. This role bridges families, caregivers, and the care teamdelivering timely assessments, clear direction, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home client assessments, reassessments, and care plan development
  • Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and training to caregivers and CNAs
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and best practices
  • Monitor client outcomes and respond promptly to changes in condition
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for families and referral partners

Qualifications:
  • Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina
  • Home care, community health, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
  • Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently
