This role will focus on ensuring process consistency, financial accuracy and operational efficiency across multiple entities, while supporting business growth and system scalability. This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing international organization, supporting critical operational and financial processes while driving efficiency and scalability. What you'll be doing: Support and optimize end-to-end business processes across: - Plan-to-Produce - Procure-to-Pay - Order-to-Cash - Record-to-Report Contribute to the improvement of: - Manufacturing operations including BOMs, Work Orders, WIP and Costing - Supply Chain and Inventory Management - MRP and Demand Planning - Multi-Subsidiary and Multi-Book environments Ensure financial and transactional accuracy, including: - Cost Accounting and variance visibility - General Ledger impact and transaction integrity - Multi-Book Accounting - Intercompany transaction flows Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance and Technology teams to ensure alignment between business needs and ERP capabilities.

Ensure consistency and proper alignment between: - ERP - External systems - Internal systems Support process standardization, governance and continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll need to have: Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on Netsuite functional experience is required. Netsuite Certification is strongly preferred and considered a significant advantage.

Strong experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance processes. Solid understanding of ERP transaction flows and financial impact. Experience working in multi-subsidiary and multi-book environments.

Strong knowledge of SuiteQL, saved searches, workflows, and roles and permissions. Comfortable working in operationally complex and finance-driven environments. Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and process integrity. Good understanding of ERP data structures and how data supports reporting and analytics. Ability to work cross-functionally with business, finance and technical teams.

What we would love to see: Experience with ERP integrations, APIs and middleware. Experience supporting analytics or data platforms. Experience in high-growth or international environments.
