Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
Develop compelling content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and our company blog.
Draft thought leadership articles, case studies, email newsletters, and website copy that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate on the design of engaging visual content, including infographics, presentations, and social media assets.
Maintain and optimize our content calendar to ensure consistent, timely communication.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct thorough research on multifamily real estate trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Analyze target audience behavior and preferences to inform content strategy.
Transform complex real estate data into accessible insights for various marketing channels.
Prepare market intelligence reports to guide strategic marketing decisions.
Go-To-Market Strategy Support
Assist in developing and implementing GTM strategies for new features and market expansions.
Research potential marketing channels and partnership opportunities.
Support the creation of sales enablement materials and marketing collateral.
Help track and analyze performance metrics for marketing campaigns and GTM initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
Current college student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Twitter.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and content optimization.
Excellent research and analytical abilities.
