Job Overview
We are seeking a customer expansion–driven Account Manager to join the Rightworks Sales organization. This role is designed for a seller who thrives on outbound engagement into an existing customer base, uncovers growth opportunities, and consistently converts those opportunities into revenue.
As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of existing customers within a territory and act as the primary driver of upsell, cross-sell, and expansion revenue. Using a consultative but sales‑led approach, you will proactively prospect within accounts, set meetings, run discovery, deliver compelling recommendations, and close new business. This is a full-cycle sales role with a strong emphasis on self-generated pipeline, disciplined forecasting, and consistent quota attainment.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, successful Account Managers are competitive, metrics-driven sellers who take ownership of results and treat their book of business like a territory.
This is a remote or hybrid work position.
