Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Fayetteville, NC
We are expanding ABA services in Fayetteville and the greater Cumberland County area, and we're looking for a dedicated BCBA who values stability, flexibility, and meaningful clinical impact.

Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral assessments to inform individualized treatment plans
Develop, oversee, and regularly update ABA treatment programs for each client
Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering services in home and community settings
Provide parent training and ongoing caregiver support
Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programming as needed
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with NC Medicaid and insurance requirements
Required Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Experience in ABA therapy (home-based, clinic-based, or community settings)
Strong clinical assessment, data analysis, and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and team members
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs
Familiarity with NC Medicaid billing and documentation standards
Interest in growing into a Clinical Director or leadership role
