Associate Clinical Director (ACD) Hybrid | Full-TimeLocations: Solano, Central Contra Costa, and Ventura.MondayFriday | 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking an experienced Associate Clinical Director (ACD) to provide clinical leadership, quality assurance oversight, and operational support across assigned regions. This hybrid leadership role supports Clinical Managers, ensures treatment fidelity, oversees compliance, and drives positive client outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality assurance across regions to ensure clinical excellence, compliance, and treatment fidelity
  • Review clinical documentation, insurance reports, assessments, discharge summaries, and addendums
  • Analyze client progress and QA data to support evidence-based treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with Clinical Managers on client progress, treatment goals, barriers, and transition planning
  • Provide clinical guidance, feedback, and support to Clinical Managers and treatment teams
  • Conduct audits of documentation, data collection, and clinical systems
  • Support BACB supervision, RBT supervision, assessments, and clinically related regional needs
  • Maintain ethical, regulatory, and funding source compliance
  • Lead regional meetings, manage administrative responsibilities, and maintain 120 monthly billable hours
Qualifications & RequirementsExperience
  • 68+ years of demonstrated clinical experience in ABA or behavioral healthcare
  • Strong background in leadership, quality assurance, and clinical oversight
Education & Certification
  • Master's Degree or terminal degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Licensure and/or certification in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field required
