In deiner neuen Rolle bist du Teil von Enterprise Informatics (EI) Radiology Informatics (RI) Services & Solution Delivery (S&SD) Implementation Clinical Consulting Central Europe und berichtest direkt an den EI RI S&SD Implementation Clinical Leader Central Europe. Du arbeitest in einem inspirierenden Team mit dem Ziel, die Leistungsfahigkeit und Weiterentwicklung der EI RI S&SD Implementierung in Zentraleuropa nachhaltig zu starken und voranzutreiben.
Du bist verantwortlich fur die ganzheitliche Begleitung von Healthcare-IT-Losungen - von Presales und Vertriebsunterstutzung uber Implementierung und Schulung, Analyse und Optimierung von Kundenprozessen sowie Systemkonfiguration und -dokumentation bis hin zur laufenden Kundenbetreuung und Unterstutzung im Betrieb.
Dein Job:
- Presales & Vertriebsunterstutzung: Systemprasentationen auf Messen und Kongressen sowie bei Applikationstrainings, Pilotinstallationen, Entwicklung und Dokumentation von Workflow- und Rechtekonzepten, Angebotserstellung, Kundenberatung
- Systemimplementierung: Einfuhrung von Healthcare-IT-Systemen inkl. Anwenderschulungen gema gesetzlichen Vorgaben sowie Planung und Durchfuhrung projektspezifischer Trainings
- Workflow-Analyse: Aufnahme, Analyse und Optimierung von Kundenprozessen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Systemlosungen
- Konfiguration & Dokumentation: Abstimmung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Systemkonfigurationen inkl. Meldung von Verbesserungen und Problemen (z.B. Change Requests)
- Kundenbetreuung & Support: Unterstutzung des Service Desks, Bearbeitung von Anwenderanfragen sowie Betreuung bei Updates und im laufenden Betrieb
Folgendes solltest du mitbringen:
- Mehrjahrige (mind. 5 Jahre) Berufserfahrung in der Radiologie, idealerweise im Bereich Radiologie-Informatik, in einem Krankenhaus oder einer radiologischen Praxis
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Healthcare-IT-Losungen (RIS/PACS) sowie in der Durchfuhrung von Anwenderschulungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse radiologischer Workflows sowie gute Kenntnisse bildgebender Verfahren (z.B. MRT, CT, CR)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit radiologischen IT-Systemen, vorzugsweise mit Philips Radiology Informatics Losungen
- Ausgepragte analytische Fahigkeiten zur Strukturierung komplexer Problemstellungen sowie zur Entwicklung kundenorientierter Losungen
- Nachgewiesene Fahigkeit, Herausforderungen in mittelkomplexen IT-Umgebungen eigenstandig zu losen
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Prasentationsfahigkeiten - sowohl adressatengerecht als auch uberzeugend, mundlich wie schriftlich (remote und vor Ort)
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch flieend in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft je nach Projektanforderung (in Spitzenzeiten bis zu 90%)
