Job description

The Program Instructor will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and evaluating educational and training programs that meet the needs of diverse participant groups. This position requires the ability to engage learners effectively, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages growth and skill development. The instructor will collaborate with program coordinators to tailor content that aligns with organizational goals and participant outcomes. Success in this role is measured by the ability to inspire participants, adapt teaching methods to various learning styles, and continuously improve program quality through feedback and assessment. Job Responsibilities
