These competencies ensure accurate plan administration, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service in a remote environment.

How does working as a remote QKA impact collaboration with plan sponsors and recordkeepers?

As a remote QKA, you'll rely heavily on digital communication tools such as email, secure portals, and video conferencing to interact with plan sponsors, recordkeepers, and other third-party administrators. Establishing clear processes for document sharing and regular check-ins can help maintain strong working relationships and efficient workflow despite the physical distance.
