We are seeking Licensed and Registered Dietitians (LD/RD) who are passionate about improving resident outcomes and elevating clinical excellence.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed and Registered Dietitian (LD/RD) Clinician to:

  • Lead quality evaluation and performance improvement initiatives

  • Support onboarding and clinical training for nutrition staff

  • Provide clinical coverage and oversight for accounts requiring additional support

This role ensures Licensed and Registered Dietitians maintain compliance with regulations, operational efficiency, and high-quality clinical services across assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Evaluation & Performance Improvement

  • Conduct clinical audits and quality reviews to support Licensed and Registered Dietitians across accounts

  • Identify risk areas, trends, and gaps in care

  • Lead corrective action plans with measurable outcomes

  • Participate in QAPI initiatives and meetings

Onboarding & Training

  • Onboard new Licensed and Registered Dietitians, DTRs, and nutrition staff

  • Deliver structured training on clinical workflows, documentation, and regulatory compliance

  • Ensure competency in care planning, PES statements, and Nutrition at Risk processes

Clinical Coverage & Support

  • Provide interim coverage for accounts requiring support from Licensed and Registered Dietitians

  • Support survey preparation, high-risk resident management, and documentation review

  • Collaborate with facility leadership to optimize clinical operations

Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Ensure all services meet CMS and state regulations

  • Assist with survey readiness and plan-of-correction implementation

  • Act as a resource for Licensed and Registered Dietitians to maintain regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Licensed Dietitian (LD) and Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with active state licensure

  • Minimum 3–5 years clinical experience, preferably in LTC or SNF

  • Knowledge of CMS regulations, including F692, F641, F684

  • Experience with Nutrition at Risk processes and EMR systems

  • Analytical and auditing skills for Licensed and Registered Dietitians
