The role: Coding Excellence: Develop backend solutions with precision and finesse, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code System Operations: Oversee and manage system operations to ensure smooth performance and reliability of our services Collaboration: Work closely with our DevOps team to streamline deployments, enhance monitoring, and improve incident response mechanisms About you: Technical Proficiency: At least 2 years of experience in backend development (Python, Golang, or similar) ideally in a fast-paced, agile working environment Operational Expertise: Experience in system administration and operations, including managing hosted servers, microservice architecture, and applications (both web and mobile) Experience with Docker and Kubernetes: You have extensive knowledge of working with Docker and are proficient in using Kubernetes for container orchestration and management Proficient with REST APIs and Git: You are skilled in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and are confident in using Git for version control and collaboration Experience with PostgreSQL (or other relational databases): You have experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and are familiar with their optimization and management Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments : You are experienced with CI/CD practices and have worked in cloud environments ((preferably DigitalOcean, AWS, or similar) Experience with message queues (e.g., NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work within a team environment, contributing to collective problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
