  • Provide administrative support for and facilitate communications regarding speaking requests for Pastor Willie George and Gabriel George, Rocker W retreat guests, hunting guests, and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Pastor Willie George & Gabriel George
  • Assist with calendar management, speaking engagements, booking travel, and responding to emails.
  • Communicate in a timely manner with Willie George and Gabriel George regarding all speaking requests.
  • Request and review weekly donor reports from Accounting, provide address information, and ensure timely communication with donors.
  • Collaborate with Accounting regarding all check requests for Rocker W purchases.
  • Collect receipts and code credit card transactions for WillieGeorge.com and Rocker W Ranch in a timely manner.

Rocker W Ranch
  • Maintain Rocker W Ranch calendar with hunting retreats, Springs retreats, staff retreats, and partner cabin stays.
  • Help with the coordination of all guest bookings at Rocker W Ranch by communicating with guests, maintaining a list of hunters, and collecting deposits and balances from each group.
  • Communicate hunting license requirements and purchase information to group leaders.
  • Gather and communicate travel information for each guest.
  • Perform other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed and assigned.
