About the Position
We are seeking a Project Quality Control Manager to join our growing fuels systems team. This position can be worked remotely, ideally from:
  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • South Carolina
  • Mississippi
  • North Carolina
  • Alabama

The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of related experience. The successful candidate would be mentored by our dynamic team of fuel systems professionals while supporting/leading a range of multidisciplinary projects. The successful candidate would also interface with clients and support proposal development.
Duties as Project Quality Control Manager:
  • Development and overall management of Program QC plan.
  • Decision-making authority for Project QC-related issues on small-medium size projects for fuel system repair and maintenance at multiple locations.
  • Communicates with department and project personnel regarding QC policies and procedures.
  • Communicates with self-perform labor crews and subcontractors to implement the QC Plan.
  • Ensures accuracy of project audit schedules, activity plans, and reports for internal and external users.
  • Responsible for maintaining the quality standard of materials and products that go into the program.
  • Assists the management team in developing solutions to quality issues.
  • Functions as a lead Quality Control Auditor to ensure that the Quality Control Plans are being adhered to.
  • Follows up on audit findings and ensures that corrective actions have been cleared.
  • Reviews project QC records throughout the project for accuracy.
  • Coordinates with client on QC Plan compliance and implementation.

Qualifications:
  • Shall have minimum of 5 years' experience on Operation and Maintenance of Fueling Facilities.
  • This position may have supervisory responsibilities. If supervisory responsibilities exist, and the individual must mentor subordinate staff.
  • Proficient with MS Office and MS Project and/or other software programs applicable to job type.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work.
