This type of work offers flexibility in terms of location and often allows for more control over work hours. Remote programming has become increasingly popular due to advancements in communication tools and the global demand for technical skills.

Job description

Company: Endureed | Synthetic Thatch Roofing

Location: Fully remote for the right person | HQ: Lake City, FL

Reports to: Chief Growth Officer

Travel: Periodic — trade shows, key client visits, and occasional Hawaii travel

Compensation: $45–55K base salary plus commission — uncapped

If you light up a room, can talk almost anyone into almost anything, and would rather chase a big win than follow a script, keep reading. This role is built for people-people, the ones who'd rather be on the phone or in front of a client than behind a spreadsheet.

About Endureed

Endureed is the leading US manufacturer of premium synthetic thatch roofing. Our products top resorts, theme parks, zoos, and high-end residential projects across the country, including flagship installations like the Fort Worth Zoo. We're American-made, Class A fire-rated (ASTM E108), and built to outlast natural thatch by decades.

The Role

This is an entry-level commercial sales role with a real career path and we will train you. You'll own outreach and relationship-building for the Western US and Hawaii, the highest-potential resort and hospitality corridor in our domestic market. Expect variety, not routine: new people, new pitches, and new deals every week. You'll learn specification-led B2B selling directly from our Chief Growth Officer, the company's all-time revenue leader, and grow fast into running full deals of your own, from first call to signed contract.

No roofing or construction experience required, and no rigid script to memorize. We're hiring for drive, charisma, and coachability, the industry knowledge is our job to teach you.

What You'll Do

  • Get on the phone and in front of people — prospecting resorts, hospitality groups, theme parks, zoos, and design firms across the Western US and Hawaii
  • Build real relationships with architects, contractors, and developers, and become the person they call first
  • Pitch, present, and win over decision-makers — booking meetings, running conversations, and coordinating samples and quotes
  • Get Endureed written into project specs by earning the trust of architects and specifiers — with hands-on coaching every step
  • Shadow full deals end to end so you learn how to close, not just how to prospect
  • Represent Endureed at trade shows and industry events, working a room and making the brand memorable
  • Log your activity and follow-ups in our CRM so nothing you've built falls through the cracks

What We're Looking For

  • Charismatic and persuasive, you can walk into a room of strangers and leave with new relationships
  • Competitive and results-driven, you want to win, and you want to be recognized for it
  • Hungry, high-energy, and coachable you want a sales career, not just a job
  • Comfortable with autonomy and variety — you'd rather manage your own day than follow a fixed routine
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal; confident picking up the phone and talking to strangers
  • Enough follow-through to keep your pipeline and commitments straight — the CRM handles the rest
  • Some sales, customer-facing, or hustle experience is great (retail, hospitality, door-to-door, internships, side businesses) — but attitude beats resume here
  • Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish/English) — we do business across Latin America and bilingual reps have extra opportunity here
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the Hawaii or West Coast hospitality market

What You Get

  • Uncapped commission from day one, with a clear path to owning your own territory
  • Real autonomy — no micromanaging, no clock-watching, just clear goals and the freedom to hit them your way
  • Direct mentorship from the CGO, the company's all-time revenue leader; no layers between you and leadership
  • Visibility and recognition — in a lean, ~25-person company, your wins don't get lost in the crowd
  • Full training in commercial B2B and specification-led selling — a skill set that pays for the rest of your career
  • Fully remote flexibility for the right person, plus travel and trade shows to keep things fresh
  • A premium American-made product with strong brand recognition and reference projects behind you
