The School of Business & Professional Studies at the University of Massachusetts Global is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven faculty member to join our fully remote academic community starting August 2026. This full-time appointment is anticipated at the Assistant Professor level, with consideration for Associate Professor based on experience.

Required qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Business or similar field, with an emphasis in Business Strategy, Change Management, Digital Transformation or other closely related field
  • Knowledge of and experience with ACBSP standards.
  • Minimum three years of demonstrated success teaching in an online asynchronous learning environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering current, market-relevant, and engaging curriculum, assessments, and learning activities in an online-first LMS.
  • Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention.
  • Ability to engage collegially and collaboratively with faculty, staff, and professionals across disciplines.
  • Committed to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in respect, openness, and constructive dialogue.

Responsibilities for this position:

  • Develop, maintain, monitor, and teach online courses in the Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Digital Transformation, and Human Resources programs.
  • Mentor adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders.
  • Participate in service to the discipline and the institution, both internally and externally.
