SharePoint / Power Platform Developer
Digital Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (DESI) is seeking a SharePoint / Power Platform Developer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This is a Full Time (regular) Exempt (salaried) 100% remote position. Candidates must be within the contiguous United States with candidates in the eastern or central time zone preferred.

We are looking for qualified candidates who are ready to collaborate, innovate, and make an impact in a fast-paced, forward-looking environment where teamwork is at the heart of our success.
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop, test, and maintain custom solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Create, deploy, maintain, test, and support Power Automate Flows.
  • Assist with the full range of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, including analysis, design, development, test, deployment, and support within an Agile project environment for custom Power Platform web applications.
  • Contribute to the creation of standard operating procedures and user documentation related to SharePoint / Power Platform applications.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the education and experience listed below:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information science, information systems management, or technology management is preferred.
  • Four years of experience in developing management information systems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
  • Experience in developing, testing, and debugging software solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • US Citizenship is required due to US government contract requirements.
  • Ability to obtain a Favorable National Agency Checks with Inquiries (NACI) is required to start.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates with experience or knowledge in these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
  • Experience developing and maintaining custom flows with Power Automate.
  • Experience developing and maintaining custom forms with PowerApps.
  • Experience creating and managing SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries.
  • Power Apps and/or Power Automation certification(s).
COMPENSATION amp; BENEFITS:
The compensation range is based on industry compensation data and/or position budget and reflects our commitment to transparency and fairness:
  • The annual compensation range is $80,000 to $95,000, commensurate with education, certifications, and experience.
  • Other compensation may include discretionary bonuses, referral rewards, and spot awards.
