Job description

Location: This role can be done mostly remote (working pacific time zone) with occasional travel for workshops, coordinating agency photo shoots, and company meetings.

KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Subscription + Hardware (Experimentation, Full-Funnel, Strategy + Execution)

The Growth Marketing team plays a critical role in accelerating business growth by driving high-quality customer acquisition, optimizing conversion, and deepening engagement through a service-first lens that spans the entire customer journey.

We are seeking a driven marketing professional who is passionate and has proven success in understanding consumers, their motivations, and behavior throughout the customer journey from discovery to post-purchase.

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of subscription-led product experience positioning and growth initiatives that turn one-time product buyers into loyal, long-term subscribers.

The ideal candidate brings a unique balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and understands how to grow a services-driven business. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop data-backed campaigns across channels and uncover new ways to engage customers across our smart security ecosystem.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Subscription Value Proposition: Craft a compelling subscription value proposition that connects, engages, and educates customers about our total protection solution. Creates excitement and interest around our subscription-led product throughout the customer journey to improve downstream attach rates.
  • Customer-Centered Marketing: Develops and executes Go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and creative assets for assigned products with a consumer-oriented mindset and delivers exceptional value across the entire customer journey to drive conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Data & Experimentation: Leverage analytics, insights, segmentation, and rapid experimentation to test, learn, and iterate on demand generation campaign strategies.
  • Full-Funnel Optimization of Acquisition Marketing Investments: Develop a strategy to optimize the return on paid, earned, and owned demand-generation media investments.
  • Demand Generation: Formulate a strategy to increase brand familiarity and develop marketing campaigns that attract new-to-brand households and drive demand for Arlo subscription services.
  • Agency Management: Lead / run external agency efforts in support of the program.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Subscription Growth Team, Product Management, Consumer Insights, DTC & Channel Marketing, Customer Care, and Sales Teams to ensure growth strategies are aligned with the business's overall business goals and subscription-led model.

Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields. MBA a plus. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of blended tactical/strategic experience in growth, demand generation, brand, and product marketing within a subscription-based environment.
  • Experience working on subscription-based software products that integrate with physical hardware devices (e.g., POS systems, kiosks, printers, or IoT-enabled products) is required
  • Proven ability to partner and provide strategic guidance to design agencies to deliver compelling value proposition that upholds the brand promise.
  • Success in developing integrated campaigns that blend brand storytelling with measurable outcomes.
  • Proven success driving customer acquisition and retention in a consumer-based subscription business.
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B marketing campaign tests.
  • Experience leading external agency efforts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that values curiosity and continuous improvement.
  • Passionate about technology that empowers people to feel secure, connected, and in control of their surroundings.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Compensation depends on experience but is typically $150-185K plus 30% bonus (equity-based that immediately vests) and RSUs.
