About the Role
The Training and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving a competency-based learning and development framework across the organization. This role focuses on identifying the skills and competencies required for success in each role, evaluating current workforce capabilities, and developing targeted training programs and modular learning solutions to close skill gaps.
The Training and Development will partner with business leaders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, driving performance, capability building, and workforce readiness.
