• Conduct initial assessments with clients, exploring their therapeutic goals and preferences to establish personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Draft and regularly update individualized treatment plans that incorporate the client’s educational background, talents, physical capabilities, and future aspirations.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with healthcare professionals, ensuring integrated support that meets the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, case progress, and treatment modifications as necessary, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Monitor client progress over the course of treatment, making necessary adjustments to strategies and goals based on measurable outcomes.
• Provide consistent support for clients participating in job training and occupational placement, swiftly addressing any challenges that arise.
• Involve family members and friends in the treatment process, facilitating discussions that enhance understanding and support networks for clients.
• Assess new clients’ needs swiftly and prepare comprehensive reports to inform treatment decisions and interventions.
• Offer referrals to community resources and additional support services as necessary to address holistic client needs.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including those experiencing mental health disorders, mood disorders, and everyday life challenges.
