The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals interested in future opportunities as Regional Sales Managers throughout the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a defined sales territory.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to municipal, environmental, industrial, hydrological, and water-focused customers while helping them solve critical challenges through innovative technology solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve or exceed sales goals.

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of outside sales, territory management, account management, or business development experience.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.

  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote territory environment.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% or more within an assigned territory.

Preferred

  • Experience serving environmental, municipal, water, wastewater, hydrology, meteorology, industrial, or utility customers.

  • Experience selling technical products, instrumentation, software, or monitoring solutions.
