What You will Do:

  • Lead the technical design of software implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability using C#/.NET Core/ReactJS
  • Translate business and operational functional requirements into detailed functional & technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with front end teams to integrate frontend components developed in React JS.
  • Define integration architecture and data flow across enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, WES, WCS, CRM, automation platforms).
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance.
  • Support defect resolution and investigative analysis during development and release cycles
  • Contribute to reusable solution templates, processes and internal tools that improve implementation efficiency.
  • Migration and re-engineering of applications 
  • Build customer relationship through good interactions and responsiveness.
  • Mentor and guide other team members. Guide the team and even demonstrate expected coding skills if there is a need.

What You Will Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in designing and building highly complex software solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong C# and .NET Core skills with the willingness to pick up the other language if not already mastered at a sufficient level
  • Skills in React JS to design, develop and integrate UI with backend.
  • Strong OOP design skills with good understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
  • Willingness to understand and enhance other people's code
  • Skills in analyzing existing source code to understand architecture and decide best way to make enhancements.
  • Understanding of warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain concepts.
  • Understanding or experience in warehouse automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in interacting with customers to present technical solutions and clarify technical aspects of project
  • Design, development, testing, debugging, documentation activities for projects. 
  • Proficiency in writing T‑SQL queries; understanding relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.

Nice‑to‑Have:

  • Experience with micro‑frontend architecture.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Pay Range: $130,000 to $150,000 per year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirement:

This role is considered a remote position with occasional visits to customer office located in Erlanger, KY.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 10% of travel may be required.
