Legacy Healthcare Services has an opportunity for a Licensed Physical Therapist who is looking to work remotely. We are currently hiring for a Physical Therapist to perform hybrid teleheath services within The Villages, FL. Must be on-site 2-3 days a week pending caseload needs.
In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Creating service plans, organizing, implementing and evaluating Physical Therapy in accordance with current regulations.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain and Complete accurate documentation
  • Conduct screenings of residents for treatment needs/planning
  • Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents and other team members
  • Perform supervision duties to therapy assistants as appropriate by state/discipline
  • Treat residents one on one, not in a group type setting, so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional based treatment approach.
