Job description

CTG is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to support a large-scale global implementation initiative for our client. This role will focus on designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions while partnering closely with business and HR stakeholders.

Location: Remote, with travel to New Castle, DE every 3 - 4 weeks
Duration: 8 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation and configuration activities.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable payroll solutions.
  • Configure payroll components including wage types, deductions, payroll schemas, and payment schedules.
  • Support integrations between Employee Central Payroll and internal/external systems.
  • Perform testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
  • Troubleshoot payroll processing and system integration issues.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-production support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Functional Certification in designated area required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading large global SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Experience with SAP Payroll modules and payroll processing functions.
  • Knowledge of Employee Central and ECP integrations.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75.00 to $83.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
